What About Other ED Medications?

When to take

I’m on them as they help with my flow of urine. I'm not a medical professional, but I think part of the reason for the switch is sildenafil clears out of the body in about 8 hours while tadalafil last until the next daily dose. Since I can get it for less than $20 a month and I don't have any negative side effects from taking it, I'm going to continue taking it until my doctor tells me it's no longer indicated. However, since I was on sildenafil before my RALP, I suspect that may be never. My urologist had prescribed them about two years ago for slow urine flow. Then my RO said to continue to take them as my urination became even more difficult due to the 40 sessions of radiation. I continue to take them along with flomax.

So I’m on them until things normalize unless the Dr says to stop It does help me my erections, but since it's only 5mg daily my doctor told me to take 4 tablets (3 extra tablets for a total of 20mg) on the days I want to try having sex.
